150L 4″ 8 Plate Stainless Steel Complete Still
The 150L 4″ 8 Plate Stainless Steel Complete Still, a large distilling apparatus used for producing alcohol. Consisting of a 150 liter tank, a heating element, a dephlegmator, a condenser, and eight bubble plates.
The liquid to be distilled must be heated in the tank, and the vapors rise up into the dephlegmator. The dephlegmator is a section of the still that contains a condenser, which cools the vapors and causes some of them to condense back into liquid. The liquid then returned to the tank, where it rises up into the dephlegmator again and be further purified. The uncondensed vapors continue up into the condenser, where they are cooled and converted back into liquid. This liquid is the distilled product.
The bubble plates are perforated plates that are located inside the dephlegmator. The vapors rise up through the holes in the plates, and as they do so, they come into contact with the liquid that is returning to the tank. This contact helps to purify the vapors by removing impurities.

Also manufacturing 300mm stainless-steel sections without sight glass. There are many options available to create an advertisement for each one. Also add/extend your still at a later stage as we stock and sell all parts separate.
