Privacy Policy

Refunds and Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days to Ketelkraal, in the same condition/packaging as it was sent/bought, Ketelkraal will refund you the product’s value, less delivery/transport and return insurance costs, after receipt of the item/equipment.

Warranty claims:

If equipment bought from Ketelkraal is faulty due to bad workmanship or material, Ketelkraal will replace or repair your product, at Ketelkraal’s discretion. It is the client’s responsibility to deliver and collect the equipment/product to and from Ketelkraal premises/shop at the clients cost.

Item that does not have a guarantee:

  • Glass items that are broken.
  • Barrels (all wooden barrels)
  • All electronic equipment damaged by lightning or power surges.
  • Any damaged items due to negligence, accident and misuse.
  • Electrical equipment, like heat elements.

Solely on Ketelkraal’s discretion products/items may be replaced or repaired.
