How to use a tap brush.
Subsequently a special cleaning tool for cleaning and clearing threads in a tapped hole. Thus used to clean out rust, dirt, and other debris from threading in metal, aluminum, and hard plastic.
1. Firstly, begin by ensuring the tap brush is properly sized for the tapped hole. Make sure the brush is not too big or too small.
2. Secondly, insert the tapered end of the brush into the tapped hole. Turn the brush several times in a clockwise motion.
3. Thirdly, remove the brush and inspect the tapped hole. If there is still debris or rust, repeat steps 2 and 3 until the hole is clean.
4. Once the hole is cleared, use a tap to clean out any remaining debris or rust.
5. Finally, inspect the tapped hole to make sure it is clear and ready for use.
