Liquid Pectolitic Enzyme for Grapes, Must and Wines
Pectocel L has a concentration of pectolytic units of 1.350.00 PU/g;2.750.FDU 55%/g. It is formulated for the treatment of crushed grapes, juices for white wine making, juices in wines obtained by thermovinification as well as wine after the separation from the pomace; it is also employed for the production of clear fruit juices.
DOSAGE:
3ml/100kg of grapes or hl of fruit juice depending on the duration of temperature and SO2.
Storage:
Pectocel L is relatively stable and can be stored in a refrigerator at 5degree Celsius for up to 24 months.
