1. Firstly, start by gathering the materials you need. You will need the chamomile flower, a pot or kettle, a strainer, and a sealable container.

2. Secondly, place the chamomile flower in the pot or kettle and fill it halfway with water.

3. Thirdly, bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.

4. Strain the liquid into the sealable container.

5. Seal the container and allow the liquid to cool.

6. Once the liquid has cooled, you can begin to distill. Place the sealed container in the pot or kettle and fill the pot with water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the container.

7. Bring the water to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. The steam from the boiling water will condense inside the sealed container and collect on the lid.

8. Place a glass bowl under the lid to collect the condensed liquid. As the liquid accumulates, pour it into a separate container so that it can be stored.

9. When the bowl is full, turn off the heat and allow the pot to cool.

10. The liquid you have collected is your distilled chamomile flower essence. Enjoy!
