Using of hibiscus flowers and maceration: dried hibiscus flowers (5 g; 22% dry weight) added to the alcoholic solution (80% w/w) in a jar, and then left to macerate for 10 days, at 10° C.

Notably found that hot water extracts hibiscus flavor better than alcohol.
